Residential Home Inspection

A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. On average, a single-family home inspection usually takes 2-4 hours to complete, though this is heavily dependent on the of the size and condition of the home. Prices may vary based on location, age, size and other factors. Prices are unique to each home and made available for review.

Walkthrough Inspection

With today’s market, timing is everything. If you are looking to move quickly on a house and opt to wave a formal inspection, Glasshouse Inspections can offer a Walkthrough Inspection. Inspection lasts up to an hour and covers major points of home. Call for details.

Pool Inspection Add-on

Add on a pool inspection to your basic home inspection. This report will give you insight into the components that make up your whole pool system including the pool structure.

Wind Mitigation

A wind mitigation inspection looks at seven key areas of your roof to determine its ability to withstand strong winds and water intrusion. Insurance companies use this report to apply credits to your premium.

Roof Inspection

Insurance companies may also ask for a roof inspection. This inspection of the roof allows the insurance company to determine condition, age and other risk factors. Roof Inspection cost is $75 (subject to change).

Air Quality Test (Mold)

Rapid collection of a wide range of airborne aerosols using air pump and cassette including mold spores, pollen, insect parts, skin cells, fibers and inorganic particulate. The standard for all of our tests are a minimum of 1 sample (Per 1000 sq) inside and 1 sample outside (to have a baseline for comparison). These cassettes are then sent to the lab for analysis.

4 Point Inspection

This insurance inspection focuses on four critical areas of your home: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Roof. Insurance companies use this inspection to determine risk. Add a wind mitigation report (if applicable) for additional savings.

Pre Listing Inspection/Move Out Inspection

These types of inspections can be done without a formal report. The Home Inspector can walk the home with the seller to determine areas of concern. Prices may vary based on location.

WDO (Termite)

Termite inspection typically requested by lender. Inspection can also be booked as one off or add on to full inspection. Call/text/email for details.
